Entry fees for Solos, Voyagers and Voyager Tandems include: One t-shirt, two water bottles (or other Hoodoo souvenir) and a schwag bag per racer; one post-race awards banquet ticket per racer plus two crew tickets; one finisher medal for each successful racer; one finisher jersey for each successful racer. Additional t-shirts ($15) must be ordered at least one month before the race. Additional banquet tickets ($15 each) may be purchased at racer check-in, but we do appreciate an advance RSVP for your total party. Additional finisher jerseys, wind vests and matching shorts may be ordered after the race.

A La Carte Entry fees for Teams include: One t-shirt, two water bottles (or other Hoodoo souvenir) and a schwag bag per racer. Additional t-shirts ($15 each) must be ordered at least one month before the race. Banquet tickets ($15 each) may be purchased at racer check-in, but we do appreciate an advance RSVP for your total party. Each successful Relay Team finisher may purchase the exclusive finisher jersey and other gear after the race.

For Voyager and Voyager Tandem Racers, entry fee includes drop bag service to four time stations and a shared hotel room for napping/resting or changing clothes at three time stations.

Entry fees are non-refundable. However, if you cancel before July 1st, we'll provide you a partial credit to be used towards the next year's Hoodoo 500 race or towards the same year's Planet Ultra Tour of Southern Utah.

Early registration closes August 1st. If you sign up after that, we cannot guarantee you a finisher medal or event schwag.

Relay Team and Tandem Team entrants: The person filling out the form must enter detailed and accurate information for all team members.

Relay Team and Tandem Team Names: Each team must choose a name to be used for identification purposes during the race. Please use good taste when choosing the name. The Race Directors have discretion to veto team names and require that the team select an alternative. Solo racers will be identified by their last name.

Flexibility regarding relay team rosters: Each team must enter with two, four or eight racers. If one or more of the team members gets hurt or cannot start, substitutions are allowed to the team roster up until the time of racer check-in on Thursday.

Are you ready to register? REGISTER NOW! Although all racers must sign up online, you're still able to pay by check. To do so, click on the REGISTER NOW link, fill out the information online, and at the "Method of Payment" button, choose "Pay By Check." This is a really cool feature which integrates your information directly into the ride database without our having to decipher handwriting on mail-in forms! This system is better all around, including lower fees when you pay with a credit card. When you send your check in, please be sure and include the confirmation # and write Hoodoo 500 on the memo line!
