• 7:00pm to 9:00pm: Rider Check-In / Packet Pick-Up at the Element Hotel. You must have an email confirmation from RaceIt.com in order to check-in. If you have a LATE ENTRY confirmation, you must bring cash only. We're unable to accept check or credit cards.

Saturday, April 6, 2013

• 6:00am to 6:45am: Rider Check-In at the Element Hotel (REGISTERED RIDERS ONLY. NO DAY OF EVENT REGISTRATION!)
• 6:50am: Pre-ride announcements at the start line. Be there for all you need to know!
• 7:00am to 7:15am: Open start window. All riders must start during this 15 minute period, or they will not receive an official time. We do expect most folks to leave right at 7am; so if you like riding in a group, please be ready to roll!
• 12:30pm to 5:00pm: Post-ride refreshments and lunch.
• 5:00pm: Course closes. All riders must be off the course.
