6/27/07: News Flash! Planet Ultra Event Production Team Off For Summer Vacation!
We're off riding our bikes and taking some time away from the office. Please be patient as rosters may not be updated until the beginning of August. We'll do our best to answer emails at least a couple of times per week. We'll also be working on providing additional information on the Hoodoo 500 web page, including posting the official route and adding articles regarding relay team strategy and other helpful hints about the race. Stay tuned for that!

03/01/06: SPECIAL NIGHTTIME RIDING REQUIREMENTS
Keep yourself in the know by reviewing the Information page on this website. We make changes every once and awhile; so it's a good idea to review the rules before coming to every event - even if you rode with us recently. It's your responsibility to read and understand our rules and policies. We absolutely expect you to respect and adhere to our rules (which we strictly enforce), even if they're different from what other event organizers are doing. Please take special note of our nighttime riding rules, which include this: Everyone riding in hours of darkness must wear both a left and right reflective ankle band. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is mandatory - and NOT NEGOTIABLE. If you forget your ankle bands, we'll likely have them for sale at rider check-in for $3.00 each. First come, first served. Better yet, buy them in advance by clicking h ere!

09/15/05: New Policy Regarding Entry Cancellation: In accord with every century and double century event that we know of, Planet Ultra has a no-refund policy for ride cancellations. However, as a friendly accommodation, if you must cancel, and you notify Planet Ultra via email at least one week prior to the event, we will provide credit of one half the ride entry fee. The credit will expire if not used within 12 months.

01/27/05: Bulletin Boards Now Available!
The purpose of the bulletin boards is to allow riders to get in touch with each other regarding carpooling, room sharing and the like. Each event has it's own board - so be sure to post in the proper location. Click here to see the list of boards. Please folks, no negativity, flaming, or advertising of any kind. To keep things "kosher," these boards are moderated, and cannot be used anonymously.
