208 of 236 riders completed the double course, from the dynamic tandem duo of Craig Robertson and Bill Ellis in 9:16 to the non-tandem-but-always-together lantern rouge pair of Mark Martinez and Kathryn Ruiz in 16:33. The tandem pair of Carl Moler and Michael Crago-Schneider took a wrong turn on their way to Los Alamos, putting them back at 10:04. Coming in first on a single bike was Lasse Bjerga of Park City, Utah in 9:35. Despite the wind and rain, the fast course, great support, and awesome views allowed for fast times across the board. Special mention must also be made of John Clare, 60, who broke his collarbone and a few ribs about 20 miles from the finish, but got back on his bike and finished the course in 10:42!

Special kudos are also extended to first time double riders Linda Cammell, Pete Dowhan, Tony Fitzpatrick, Joan Gallagher, Jon Kaplan, Tim McCracken, Tom O'Kane, Lois Onsum, Bruce Parker, Timothy Rochester (who also celebrated his birthday on Saturday!), and Linda Valadez!
