The 2010 Tour of Two Forests was intended to be held "brevet-style;" but with such a small group, two vehicles provided leap-frog SAG support for all the riders, who received very personal service throughout the beautiful day. Cool temperatures and beautiful blue skies made it a perfect day for cycling.
Special thanks to Jon Shellenbarger and Julie Stokes who took great care of the cyclists!
Kudos to Steve Decker, Rick Jacobson, Steve Meichtry, Tony Musorafite, Jeanine Spence and Mike Warren, each of whom earned their Planet Ultra Grand Slam by completing Tour of Two Forests. (And yes, we owe each of you a Grand Slam Official Finisher coffee mug - which is in the works, and will be ready by Heartbreak).
Heartfelt congratulations to Kerin Huber, who completed ToTF as her 50th lifetime double century. Of those 50, more than half have been Planet Ultra events. We're honored, and grateful, to be part of Kerin's impressive accomplishment.
